Stress affects us all. And only my learning to manage our stress better can we reach our full potential.
Our brain weighs approximately 3 pounds and consists of
100 billion cells. Our conscious mind is only a small fraction of our
whole mind. Our subconscious mind is the larger more powerful portion.
It controls habits, emotions, memory, imagination, creativity and self
protection. Only by gaining access to and utilizing our subconscious
mind can we hope to live up to our fullest. There are many techniques
that can be learned to enable one to develop access to the subconscious.
